 * Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery environments.
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and application security principles.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.

## Description

* Provide technical leadership and act as the main technical authority for the CRM development team.
 * Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments.
 * Translate business requirements, epics, features, and user stories into robust technical designs and solution architectures.
 * Coordinate technical delivery across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with development standards and enterprise architecture principles.
 * Oversee code reviews, technical validations, troubleshooting activities, and adherence to DevOps best practices.
 * Manage platform integrations, deployment activities, and the overall stability and maintainability of the CRM ecosystem.
