## Description

Pak jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het dagelijkse functioneren, beheren en optimaliseren van het Warehouse Management System (WMS) en het Warehouse Control System (WCS)? Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder WMS/WCS fungeer je als een belangrijke schakel tussen de logistieke operatie, IT en externe leveranciers en zorg je voor een stabiele en effici nte warehouse-automatisering.

Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder WMS/WCS vertaal je operationele wensen en knelpunten naar functionele oplossingen binnen het WMS en WCS. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting, configuratie en het beheer van WMS en WCS. Samen met de gebruikersorganisatie stel je testscenario s op en test je de aanpassingen. Hierbij zorg je voor kennisoverdracht en begeleid je de gebruikersorganisatie bij de livegang. Verder fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over WMS en WCS en lever je 1e lijn support. Je prioriteert en behandelt incidenten en changes en bewaakt de continu teit van de systemen.
