Job skills, experience and qualification: - Bachelors or a Masters degree - 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience - Risk, Data, & IT security savvy - Experience in international business context with distributed sales office location - Experience with Microsoft 365 technology & Cloud services - Experience with (ERP/CRM) business process (analysis) - Familiar with (J)Sox compliance & internal controls - Agile mindset & strong sense of ownership - Planning & organizing skills - Proactive communication & presentation skills - Proficient in English

## Description

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to): - Create, manage and execute the project plan - Manage backlog (preferably with Azure DevOps or similar tooling) - Manage multiple projects side by side - Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements - Create and implement document control policies and documentation templates - Manage change, resistance and user adoption - Support the Department Manager IT, as necessary
