## About the Role

* 1-4 years of software engineering experience

 * Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (multi-tenant environments preferred)

 * Good understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and distributed systems

 * Experience with observability, networking, or platform engineering concepts

 * Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design

 * Ability to communicate effectively in English

Nice to Have

 * Experience with Go or TypeScript

## Description

We build and operate a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform that enables engineering teams across the company to deploy and run workloads at scale. What you'll do

 * Work with a team of highly experienced engineers to design, build, and operate a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform

 * Drive the architecture and evolution of secure, isolated, and scalable multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, ensuring strong workload separation and resource governance

 * Contribute to cluster architecture, tenant isolation, and platform reliability improvements

 * Build and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

 * Improve platform observability using OpenTelemetry (logs/traces) and VictoriaMetrics (metrics)

 * Implement and evolve networking solutions using Gateway API and Istio Ambient Mesh

 * Enforce platform security and governance using Kyverno policies

 * Work with GitOps-based deployment workflows using Flux, ensuring declarative, version-controlled platform and workload management

 * Work closely with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

 * Participate in on-call rotations and operational excellence initiatives
