2 to 5 years of hands?on experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Quality Engineer with a strong focus on tooling, infrastructure, and framework design.
Solid Software Engineering background: Whether you started as a Software Developer or built a strong coding foundation in QA, you write clean, scalable, and maintainable code (TypeScript / JavaScript experience required).
Framework expertise: Proven experience designing and architecting automation frameworks from scratch or at scale, ideally using Playwright.
Deep architectural understanding: Mastery of test design patterns, the test pyramid, data management strategies, and test isolation.
CI/CD mastery: Strong experience configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) with an obsession for fast feedback loops.
API & Systems knowledge: Comfortable testing REST and GraphQL interfaces and designing reusable API client layers.
Developer Advocate mindset: Passionate about cross?team collaboration, technical mentorship, and making developers' lives easier.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in an international environment across Europe.
