AI Role play tools, AI to build courses, research industries, personas, etc. * Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish * Ease with working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills-the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization * Highly organized and attentive to detail Nice to have: * Technical Background * Identity Marketplace Experience * Fraud industry experience * Security Industry experience. ## Description Socure's Global Enablement team is expanding to include an Technical Enablement and Training Manager. The Global Enablement team leads Socure University, which is essential to helping Socure employees develop the product and industry knowledge they need to thrive in their roles. This role, reporting to the Head of Global Enablement, will play an important role in ensuring that training runs smoothly and efficiently and operates at scale as we continue to hire across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, comfortable working with deadlines and enjoys delighting internal customers. In this role you'll collaborate with people and teams across the organization and will gain insight into how a Learning function creates and delivers best in class learning experiences with high impact. This person will have the opportunity to work with the engineering and product teams and engineering in a top-rated Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence-driven organization. What you'll do * Help build and roll out new learning courses and paths by personas (Products, and Engineering.). * Build AI role plays for personas inside the Products and Engineering teams. Role plays will be specific to the persona roles * Have 1:1 with personas (Product and Engineering, etc) during their first year tenure to ensure they are on track. * Take corrective action if people are not on track.
