## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
 * Experience with Jira ITSM or other ticketing systems
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong organizational and documentation abilities
 * Ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
 * Must be able to work onsite in Boston 5 days per week
 * Availability to work the required 12:00pm - 8:00pm EST schedule is required

## Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract opportunity supporting a confidential biopharmaceutical organization in Boston. We are seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is fully onsite and will support daily IT operations, troubleshooting, deployments, and end-user support initiatives., * Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in person

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
 * Track and manage IT support requests using Jira or similar ticketing systems
 * Perform routine system maintenance including updates, backups, and security patching
 * Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and infrastructure
 * Assist with onboarding, hardware/software migrations, and deployment projects
 * Deliver user training and refresher sessions on IT tools and best practices
 * Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure service continuity
 * Support additional IT-related projects and operational needs as assigned
