You are a High School Graduate or you have a University Degree preferably in Technical Field; You are able to identify and resolve both technical HW and SW issues; You have Windows server ********* infostructure knowledge especially Domini, Active Directory, Policy, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell, etc; You have the knowledge of infrastructure and virtualization principles (preferably VMWARE); You are fluent in English or Italian You are a natural problem solver, a team player, able to work and perform under pressure, available to work shift job and work on call shift; You communicate in a positive and effective manner You are familiar with customer-care department operations It is considered as a plus: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL ********* architecture and clustering Knowledge of Linux Server and Linux environment Knowledge of Avaya and Asterisk telephone infrastructures Cisco or Microsoft certificates (CCNA, MCSA, VCP) An understanding of IT protocols, routing and switching are appreciated; An
understanding of firewall equipment (Sonicwall/Fortinet); You are fluent in spanish What you are going to do?
