* Higher education in Information Technology (e.g., Grado Superior ASIR or equivalent IT qualification).
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11 administration, and endpoint management.
 * Experience working independently in a multi-site environment and supporting both on-site and remote users.
 * Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication and customer service skills.

 * Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, user management, device compliance, and application deployment.
 * Manage and maintain IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and IT asset inventory.
 * Support local IT infrastructure and security initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and cybersecurity standards.
 * Act as the local IT point of contact, coordinating with external vendors and collaborating with the EMEA IT team on regional and global projects.
