This is a varied and practical role in the Data Insight Team, based within the busy Highways Operation Centre. You will help colleagues make better use of information, improve local processes, and turn service data into clear and useful insight. Our team works through a mix of remote and office-based working, with the office base in Winchester. You do not need to be a technical specialist before joining us. We are looking for someone who is confident working with data, enjoys solving problems, and can communicate clearly with colleagues across the service. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing Power BI reports, Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate. Familiarity with SQL or database queries would also be a useful skill. A key part of the role will be helping us make better use of Microsoft Power Platform tools to support service improvements and reduce reliance on manual processes.
