Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience working within the insurance industry. * Experience supporting enterprise-scale business applications. * Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and ITIL practices. * Experience with data analysis, reporting, and programming. * Experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders. * Understanding of database structures, system integrations, and application support processes. * Experience working within software support, software development, or business systems environments. ## Description The role involves providing application support, issue investigation, system enhancements, release activities, and service delivery support, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to contractual SLAs. Working with SQL Server and DXC application tools, you will be investigating issues, developing and deploying fixes, supporting software enhancements, and contributing to the successful delivery of client solutions.
