## Description

We're looking for an IT & Systems Support Technician to join our team in Leominster. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role where no two days are the same, combining hands-on IT support with ERP, SQL, Access, automation and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Providing hands-on IT support across the business.
 * Setting up and maintaining computers, equipment and production systems.
 * Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
 * Supporting ERP/MRP, Microsoft Access and SQL databases.
 * Improving workflows, systems and production processes.
 * Developing tools and scripts to automate tasks and boost efficiency.
 * Supporting dashboards, reporting and data management.
 * Working with management, production teams and external software providers.
 * Helping staff get the most from our systems through training and support.
