## About the Role

Expertise in mobile app release lifecycles (iOS & Android), CI/CD, and automation (Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions/CircleCI).

 - Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals and backend deployment pipelines.
 - Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
 - Experience managing feature flags and troubleshooting release issues.
 - Ability to work calmly under pressure and during critical deployment windows.
 - Experience with Agile/Scrum, consumer-facing applications, and monitoring/observability tools is a plus.

 - Improved release cycle efficiency and automation.

## Description

Oversee end-to-end release lifecycle for native mobile applications (iOS & Android) and supporting backend services.

 - Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, ensuring high-quality and reliable releases with clear communication.
 - Plan, coordinate, and manage release calendars, aligning priorities and dependencies across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Ops).
 - Execute and supervise release processes including build, testing, deployment, and mobile app store submissions.
 - Manage production feature flag implementation and monitoring throughout the release cycle.
 - Monitor release health, respond to production incidents, and coordinate issue resolution and rollbacks as needed.
 - Own and maintain release documentation, release notes, deployment records, and post-release summaries.
 - Proactively communicate release progress, risks, and blockers to all stakeholders, translating technical updates for business audiences.
 - Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, and automation to increase efficiency and quality.
 - Analyze release KPIs to identify opportunities for process and tooling improvements.
 - Ensure compliance with deployment checklists, runbooks, and best practices during all release activities.
 - Support production releases that may occur outside regular business hours, requiring occasional schedule flexibility.
 - Foster collaboration and alignment across multiple teams to deliver predictable, on-time, and efficient mobile application releases.
