## Description

* Einrichtung sowie Konfiguration der eingesetzten Hardware sowie Verantwortung für die Betreuung der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich der Installation und Verteilung von Client-Anwendungen

Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarefehlern
Mitarbeit an IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten und Übernahme der Key-User-Rolle für bestimmte Softwarelösungen
Umsetzung von Schulungen und Einweisungen für neue IT-Anwender*innen
Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen
