 * KI-Erfahrung mit Wirkung. Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver KI- oder Machine-Learning-Lösungen mit - idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld, in digitalen Services oder in der Prozessoptimierung.
 * Technologiestack souverän beherrschen. Sie arbeiten sicher mit Python und gängigen Frameworks; Erfahrungen mit Azure, Databricks, Docker, Git, CI/CD, MLflow, Coding Assistants und Agentenframeworks sind von Vorteil.
 * Anwendungen greifbar machen. Sie überführen Datenmodelle in belastbare Anwendungen, Services und Prozessverbesserungen und bringen Erfahrung mit Datenqualität, Modellvalidierung, erklärbarer KI sowie Cloud- und Edge-Architekturen mit.
 * Struktur, die verbindet. Sie arbeiten analytisch, zielorientiert und eigenständig, behalten auch komplexe Daten- und Entwicklungsprojekte sicher im Blick und überzeugen durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
