This company is looking for an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join its growing networking and security team. The role offers a strong mix of network security design, implementation, project delivery, and technical ownership, rather than focusing purely on BAU support.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead delivery of the project through all stages, pre-construction, construction, and close-out/fit-up
 * Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget alongside the client and general contractor
 * Manage contractor pre-qualification, bidding, and contract negotiations, plus procurement of contractor-designed elements and constructability reviews
 * Drive a robust HSE culture while managing general contractors and owner-direct vendors on the ground
 * Oversee the IMS, project controls, and QCx teams, ensuring delivery on time and to budget
 * Coordinate Value Engineering and work with the client's commercial and scheduling teams
 * Manage the full close-out process, tagging, OFE commissioning, close-out documentation and authority inspections
