## Description

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der SAP-HCM-Landschaft
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen in SAP
 * Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Anforderungen und Fehlermeldungen im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
 * Analyse und Behebung auftretender Fehler sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Anforderungen innerhalb des SAP-Standards oder Vertretung dieser gegenüber einem internationalen Steuerkreis
 * Koordination der Umsetzung von Anforderungen an Schnittstellen und Datentransfers durch Entwicklerteams in Deutschland und auf internationaler Ebene
 * Planung und Koordination von Anwender-Tests bei neuen bzw. geänderten Prozessen und Abläufen
 * Begleitung regelmäßiger System-Upgrades durch die Planung und Durchführung vorbereitender Tests mit Anwendern
