## Description

We are hiring a Product Support Specialist to join the eBay Live Operations team in Germany.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of Live Operations and Product. You will support sellers during live events, triage platform issues, and act as a key point of contact between sellers, GCX, Trust, Engineering, and Product teams.
You will play a meaningful role in maintaining platform stability, ensuring high-quality live experiences, and surfacing product insights that improve the seller journey in the German market.
What You Will Accomplish
Provide real-time operational and product support to sellers before and during live streams
Monitor live events to ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance standards
Triage technical, policy, and account-related issues and assign clear priority levels
Log, document, and track cases with strong attention to detail
Partner cross-functionally with Live Ops, Engineering, GCX, Trust & Compliance, and Category teams to drive resolution
Support QA validation and reproduce product issues when required
Contribute to incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements
Track SLAs and support reporting on issue trends and resolution metrics
