* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

 * Erfahrung mit Azure-Sicherheitsdiensten und Best Practices für Cloud-Sicherheit.
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, insbesondere im Microsoft-Ökosystem.
 * Erfahrung beim Arbeiten nach ITIL.
 * Fließend Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Azure Cloud, der Microsoft 365 Instanz und der Windows-Server-Infrastruktur

 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Azure-Umgebung, inkl. Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Machines, Storage und Netzwerk-Ressourcen.
 * Administration von Microsoft Entra ID (ehemals Azure AD), Implementierung und Optimierung von RBAC/PIM, MFA, Conditional Access Policies und anderen Sicherheitsfeatures.
 * Automatisierung von Azure-Prozessen mittels PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates oder Terraform.
 * Administration des Microsoft 365 Admin Centers und der zugehörigen Dienste wie Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und OneDrive for Business.
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung von Windows Servern (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) sowie Active Directory und Forests (>10.000 AD-Objekte), einschließlich VDI-Lösungen, AD-Replikation, Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs) und DFS.
 * Betreuung und Konfiguration von File-Server-Clustern und SQL-Server-Diensten.
 * Verwaltung und Konfiguration von Domänencontrollern.
 * Administration der verteilten Windows Server und Microsoft Dienste (wie DNS, DHCP, File-Cluster, Domaincontroller).
