## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Cloud- und Plattformarchitekturen, idealerweise auf AWS.
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in mehreren Bereichen wie AI-/ML-Plattformen, LLM-Architekturen, GenAI, Cloud-native Plattformen, Security und Governance.
 * Erfahrung mit zentralen Plattformservices sowie Themen wie Mandantenfähigkeit, Datenisolation, Zugriffskontrolle, Modellbereitstellung, Skalierung und Kostenkontrolle.
 * Praxis mit AWS-Services rund um AI, Datenplattformen, Security und Plattformbetrieb ist von Vorteil.
 * Erfahrung mit RAG, Vektorsuche, Prompt-Orchestrierung, Context Management, Guardrails und FinOps ist wünschenswert.
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld oder in einer anderen regulierten Branche.
 * Du kannst technische Zielbilder und Architekturentscheidungen sowohl gegenüber Engineering-Teams als auch dem Management überzeugend vermitteln.
 * Strukturierte, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Du baust einen neuen AI-Plattform-Bereich auf und entwickelst die technologische Basis für den produktiven Einsatz von LLMs und AI-Services.
 * Du verantwortest Architektur, Zielbild und technologische Leitplanken für einen sicheren, skalierbaren und mandantenfähigen AI Backbone auf AWS.
 * Du konzipierst Plattformen und Prozesse für Anpassung, Tuning und Betrieb spezifischer LLMs und integrierst externe Modelle und AI-Services wie OpenAI oder Anthropic.
 * Du entwickelst Architekturen für Datenisolation, Zugriffskontrolle und den sicheren Betrieb mandantenfähiger AI-Lösungen.
 * Du gestaltest einen mandantenbezogenen Context Layer und etablierst Standards für AI-Governance, Compliance, Metering und kontrollierte Nutzung.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt-, Cloud-, Security-, Governance- und Management-Teams zusammen und baust perspektivisch ein AI-Plattform-Team mit auf.
