## About the Role

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in application development

 * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft technologies
 * Experience building web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience with Angular (1.x or newer) and TypeScript preferred
 * Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
 * Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS and Git-based source control
 * Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
 * Ability to lead projects while remaining hands-on in development
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

 * Experience modernizing legacy applications
 * Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure improvements
 * Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices

## Description

We are seeking a Lead Application Developer to join a collaborative and fast-paced technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can both drive development efforts and mentor a team of developers while contributing to modern, scalable application solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications while helping shape technical direction and best practices across the team.

What You'll Do

 * Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end application solutions
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
 * Develop and execute test plans to ensure system performance and reliability
 * Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
 * Maintain and enhance existing applications within the current architecture
 * Contribute to Agile development processes and full SDLC execution
