## About the Role

* Qualifikation: Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung / Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. ein IT-Studium).
 * Middleware-Know-how: Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit Middleware-Lösungen mit. Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit Lobster aus oder hast mit gängigen EDI-Systemen (z. B. Seeburger, Sterling, BizTalk o. Ä.) gearbeitet. (Keine Sorge: Eine gründliche Einarbeitung in die bestehende Systemumgebung ist garantiert!)
 * Datenbanken & SQL: Du hast gute praktische SQL-Kenntnisse und bringst ein fundiertes allgemeines Datenbankverständnis mit.
 * Branchenerfahrung: Vorerfahrung im Bereich B2B-Handel oder Logistik ist nicht notwendig - bring einfach Deine IT-Expertise mit!
 * Arbeitsweise: Deine Denkweise ist lösungs- und strukturorientiert. Du punktest durch hohe Eigeninitiative sowie stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
 * Regionaler Bezug: Für die wöchentlichen Präsenztage (3 Tage) wohnst Du im Großraum Mannheim / Rhein-Neckar oder bringst die Bereitschaft zum regelmäßigen Pendeln mit.
