* Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard und Software sowie Betreuung moderner Arbeitsplatzsysteme
 * Administration von Servern, Netzwerken, Benutzerkonten und der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
 * Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit, Datensicherung und Updates sowie Unterstützung bei IT Security Themen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT Projekten und Systemeinführungen sowie Koordination externer IT Dienstleister
