 * Sehr gutes Verständnis agiler Softwareentwicklungsprozesse (Scrum, DevOps o. Ä.)
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Einführung und Optimierung von Teststrategien und unternehmensweiten Testprozessen
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Projekten oder bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen
 * Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen

## Description

* Definition und Etablierung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Sicherstellung ihrer Einhaltung durch geeignete Test- und Reviewmaßnahmen
 * Planung, Steuerung und Koordination fachlicher und technischer Softwaretests einschließlich Defect-Management
 * Strategische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des DKMS-weiten Testmanagements einschließlich der Teststrategie und Testprozesse
 * Fachliche Führung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, automatisierten Testmanagements sowie Bewertung und Einführung neuer Testmethoden und -technologien
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Roadmap für den Einsatz KI-gestützter Methoden und Werkzeuge im Testmanagement und in der Testautomatisierung sowie Beratung der Entwicklungsteams
 * Technische Teilprojektleitung bzw. Leitung von IT-internen Projekten
 * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres agilen Softwareentwicklungsprozesses
