 * Freude an Innovation, Digitalisierung und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

## Description

* Strategische, fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der IT/TK-Abteilung sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
 * Verantwortung für IT- und Digitalstrategie sowie die digitale Transformation und Prozessdigitalisierung im Klinikum
 * Steuerung des Anforderungs-, Change- und Projektmanagements inklusive Ressourcen- und Budgetverantwortung
 * Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung klinischer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung von Interoperabilität, standardisiertem Datenaustausch, Usability und Anwenderqualifizierung
 * Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Trends wie Telemedizin, KI und digitale Versorgungsmodelle
 * Verantwortung für Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und regulatorische Anforderungen (u. a. KRITIS und NIS2)
