Das Unternehmen ist Teil eines stabilen Konzernumfelds und verfügt über eine professionell strukturierte IT-Organisation, die auf langfristige Systemverantwortung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Landschaft ausgerichtet ist.

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie nicht in kurzfristigen Kundenprojekten, sondern übernehmen dauerhafte Verantwortung für zentrale Systeme und gestalten deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit. Dabei erwartet Sie ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, das Eigenverantwortung, klare Strukturen und eine offene Unternehmenskultur miteinander verbindet. Die Position entsteht im Rahmen einer Neubesetzung und bietet entsprechenden Gestaltungsspielraum., * Verantwortung für Konfiguration, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von SuccessFactors-Modulen

 * Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Integrationen zwischen SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen sowie Schnittstellen (z. B. CPI, BTP)
 * Analyse von Fehlern, 3rd-Level-Support und Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie Sicherstellung von regulatorischer Compliance
