* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar
 * Erfahrung im Systems Engineering, idealerweise im maritimen Umfeld mit Fokus auf Sonar, RESM/RECM, Electro Optics und Integration
 * Kenntnisse in Kommunikationssystemen, Netzwerktechnik und Systemintegration
 * Vertraut mit System-Engineering-Methoden (V-Modell, MBSE von Vorteil)
 * Erfahrung mit einschlägigen Tools (z. B. DOORS, Modellierungswerkzeuge)
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30% sowie Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2)

## Description

* Analyse und Übersetzung operativer Anforderungen in technische Systemanforderungen
 * Erstellung robuster Systemarchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung von Vernetzung, Interoperabilität und Ausfallsicherheit
 * Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten in maritime Gesamtsysteme
 * Planung und Durchführung von Systemtests sowie Verifikation und Validierung
 * Unterstützung bei Integration, Inbetriebnahme und See-Erprobungen
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Systeme
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Fachbereichen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer System- und Schnittstellendokumentation
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung militärischer Standards (z. B. MIL-STD, STANAG)
