Strong programming skills (Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js or similar). An architecture mindset: you follow good design patterns and build systems meant to last, not one-off scripts. A pragmatic, documentation-first way of working and the autonomy to own delivery end to end. Fluent level of English. Bonus if you have Experience building agents, RAG pipelines or AI-powered automations (function/tool calling, MCP, LangChain or similar, or workflow platforms like n8n, Make or Zapier).
