This role is focused on supporting adult learners to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress closer to employment or to higher qualifications. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching, assessment, and academic support, fostering a culture of high expectations and student success. * Tailored Learning -Level 1 IT user Alton Wed * Digital & IT Skills Certificate Level 2 Alton Wed * Level 2 Business Admin (NCFE) Havant Thu * Level 2 Customer Service (NCFE) Havant Thu * Digital & IT Skills Certificate Level 2 Havant Fri You will work collaboratively within a committed teaching team, contributing to curriculum development, quality improvement, and the ongoing success of the Access to HE programme. The successful candidate will ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE or Cert Ed. Qualifications in Assessing and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) are also desirable. However, all staff at HSDC can enrol on our Level 3 Education and Training Award to become competent in classroom, if they have enough relevant industry experience. We are also able to support staff through the Level 3 Assessors Award and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Award.
