About you2+ years' professional experience, including recent hands-on AI or machine learning workStrong Python, Git and data analysis skillsExperience contributing to solutions within an engineering or product environmentFamiliarity with traditional ML, NLP and emerging agentic AI patternsAble to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesCommercially curious, proactive and comfortable working directly with clientsFluent professional English; German would be advantageous
