## About the Role

* Fluent in Spanish.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT incidents, with a focus on first-time resolution.
 * Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
 * Comfortable working with Windows and user operating systems.
 * Experience with laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers and docking stations.
 * Knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
 * Experience with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

## Description

* Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests and user queries.
 * Act as the first point of contact for users requiring hands-on technical assistance.
 * Install, configure, replace and maintain computers, peripherals and workplace equipment.
 * Support laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers and other IT equipment.
 * Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment and collaboration technology.
 * Record and maintain accurate information on incidents and requests using our ITSM system.
 * Carry out regular checks of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.
