* Strong Back End engineering experience in Java
 * Exposure to Node.js, or the appetite to work with it as its use on the programme grows, is a real plus
 * Solid AWS experience, building and running services in the cloud
 * A track record of shipping production software to a high bar on performance, testing and code quality
 * Delivery into regulated financial services is a strong advantage
 * Comfortable and credible in a client-facing consulting environment alongside senior stakeholders
 * UK based, happy to go through BPSS clearance, available to start within the next two weeks
