* Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
 * Expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
 * Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
 * Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
 * Advanced proficiency in Cobol Mainframe is required.
 * Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 Programming Language is recommended.
 * Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Mainframes Modernization on Google Cloud Platform, Restructured Extended Executor REXX, DB2 SQL, and Virtual Storage Access Method VSAM is suggested.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
 * Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
 * Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
 * Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
 * Support production.
