* Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology.
 * Exposure to programming in third-generation programming languages.
 * Knowledge of software design patterns.
 * 5-7 years of experience as a tester on IT projects.
 * Experience with NIEM XML or another complex XML standard.
 * Experience manually testing web services using SoapUI and/or Postman.
 * Ability to understand complex, integrated systems and trace problems to their source.
 * Experience with SOA technologies.
 * Experience writing complex SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
 * Proficiency in C# or Java.
 * Experience with automation reporting tools such as Extent Reports.
 * Proven experience with data-driven automation testing.
 * Knowledge of GitHub.
 * Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
 * Ability to integrate automated test suites with DevOps.
 * Ability to validate requirements through a Traceability Matrix.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with developers, testers, designers, managers, and other team members.
