Success Measures AI solutions implemented, adopted, and scaled. * Reduction in manual effort and improved productivity or operational efficiency. * Speed from opportunity identification to pilot or deployment. * Quality, scalability, and business value of AI-enabled solutions. ## Description Residential Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant to identify, design, build, and implement AI-enabled business solutions. This contractor will partner with the AI Portfolio & Product Lead and business stakeholders to assess processes, prioritize opportunities, design future-state workflows, build practical solutions, and support deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate combines process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, hands-on AI execution, data science, and technical AI development experience using approved enterprise technologies.
