* Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
 * Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
 * Solid understanding of data exchange processes and the ability to lead, execute, or assist on all assigned projects
 * Knowledge of Defined Benefits and experience working with related data sets

## Description

* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help improve business processes and outcomes
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
 * Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and monitor business performance
 * Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
 * Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies
