## About the Role

We're seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service to work in. Candidates must have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or similar role. This must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment., * 1-2+ years of IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support duties with excellent troubleshooting skills.

 * Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software.
 * Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
 * Reliable attendance.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
 * Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
 * Hardware and software experience.
 * Must maintain a valid driver's license.
