## Description

* Provide remote technical support to end users across various business units
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, custom applications, and Microsoft-based systems
 * Manage and resolve 15-20 support tickets per day using a ticketing system (Halo or similar)
 * Support users with Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and related tools
 * Deliver high-quality customer service in a call-center-style support environment
 * Document issues, resolutions, and processes accurately within the ticketing system
 * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
 * Maintain adherence to SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
