 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django
 * Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services
 * Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
 * Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
 * Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver new features
 * Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
 * Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions
 * Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers as needed
 * Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards
