This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on defining the long-term vision, experience architecture, and design quality for one of our most critical field workflows. You will shape how construction teams capture, understand, and act on project progress in dynamic, real-world environments. As a principal-level designer, you will operate with high autonomy, partnering closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to align on strategy, define durable experience frameworks, and elevate the craft and systems thinking of the broader team. Curiosity and excitement about exploring new interaction models, including agentic experiences, are essential, as are design details and willingness to be "in the weeds".
