What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Manufacturing experience supporting maintenance, reliability, engineering, or operations functions. * Experience in paper, packaging, corrugated, converting, or mailers manufacturing environments. * Experience leading reliability initiatives such as root cause analysis, FMEA, preventive maintenance optimization, asset criticality analysis, or bad actor elimination. * DMAIC, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other structured problem-solving certification. * Experience using Power BI, JMP, SAS, or similar tools to analyze reliability performance and communicate insights. ## Description Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Division Mailers team operates a growing network of facilities focused on safely and reliably producing padded and recycled unpadded mailers. The Reliability Engineer partners with site leadership, maintenance and operations teams, Reliability Managers, R&D, OEMs, and subject matter experts to deploy reliability best practices and improve asset performance across the segment.
