Publicly traded company experiencestronglypreferred. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financerelated - MBA is a plus. * Plans and aligns: Skilled at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Ability to break downobjectivesinto appropriate initiatives and actions with relevant milestones and cananticipateand adjust when needed. * Communicates Effectively: Strong communicator and listener who is adept at developing and delivering complex information clearly and concisely. Knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles and financial statement presentation isa must. * Situational adaptability and resourcefulness * Continuous improvement mindset * Experience with financial p * lanningsoftware use and/or implementation is strongly preferred. ## Description We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst at Progyny. You will be supporting a team that provides forward-looking financial analysis and insights that support decision making and helps ensure alignment of planned actions and targets to company goals. This role is an integral member of the finance team and will partner cross functionally across the organization. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be skilled at building strong relationships across functions and levels throughout the organization and marshaling those resources to get things done. Not satisfied with a quick answer, they willdemonstratethe professional curiosity to dig a bit deeper into the true driver of a situation.
