* Abarbeitung von Einzelaufträgen (Incidents und IMAC-Dienstleistungen), die durch Auftragssteuerung oder Kundenorganisation zugewiesen werden - innerhalb der vereinbarten Service Level
 * Troubleshooting im Clientbereich (Hard- und Software)
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern im Umgang mit mobilen Endgeräten (iOS & Android)
 * Fehlersuche bei Netzwerkproblemen an Clients und Arbeitsplatzverkabelungen
 * Onsite-Support im Client-Umfeld
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Tätigkeiten (Installation, Move, Add, Change)
 * Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Notebooks und Druckern
 * Dokumentation aller Aufträge im Ticketsystem
 * Übernahme der Rufbereitschaft für Netzwerk-Support
