 * Ausgepräge Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Technologien - insbesondere im Hinblick auf unsere geplante Proxmox-Umstellung
 * Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewussstein und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
 * Gute Deuschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse im IT-Kontext

## Description

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Administration, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 * Konzeption, Aufbau und schrittweise Migration unserer Virtualisierungsumgebung hin zu Proxmox
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und performanten IT-Betriebs
 * Administration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen
 * Betrieb, Konfiguration und Pflege unserer Firewall- und Sicherheitslösungen
 * Verantwortung für Patchmanagement, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte sowie Monitoring
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Infrastruktur, Security, Automatisierung)
