## About the Role

* erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein Studium, z.B. in einem MINT-Fach
 * Erfahrung im Betrieb und / oder in der Konzeption von Microsoft-365- und Azure-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf hybriden Umgebungen
 * fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Exchange Online / Hybrid, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, PowerShell-Automatisierung oder Microsoft Graph API
 * relevante Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, SC-401) sowie Verständnis für Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen im öffentlichen Sektor (BSI-Grundschutz, BSI C5, DSGVO) sind wünschenswert
 * ausgeprägte analytische Denk- und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an technischer Tiefe
 * sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich

## Description

* Beratung, Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von (hybriden) Cloud-Projekten im Bereich Microsoft 365 und Azure
 + Absicherung der Tenant- und Infrastrukturebene entlang von BSI-Grundschutz, BSI C5 und kundenspezifischen Sicherheitsanforderungen sowie Design und Umsetzung von Identity- und Access-Management-Konzepten (Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA)
 + Konzeption und Aufbau von Microsoft 365-Tenants in hybrider Stellung inklusive Exchange Online / Hybrid, Entra ID, SharePoint / OneDrive sowie Automatisierung von Administrations- und Betriebsprozessen mittels PowerShell und Microsoft Graph
 + Konfiguration von Intune für die Verwaltung von Windows-, iOS- und Android-Endgeräten inklusive Compliance- und Konfigurationsrichtlinien
 * Durchführung von Anforderungserhebungen, technischen Workshops und Beratung auf C-Level-Ebene
 * Themenentwicklung im Bereich Cloud-Infrastruktur und Cloud-Governance
