## Description

* Sicherstellung des First-Level-Supports für rund 80 Anwender sowie Unterstützung bei Geschäftsanwendungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Betreuung und Administration von PCs, Notebooks, Smartphones, Tablets und Peripheriegeräten
 * Annahme, Bearbeitung und strukturierte Dokumentation von Support-Tickets
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Bereitstellung, Betreuung und Wartung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen
 * Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Support an weiteren Standorten bei Bedarf
 * Mitwirkung bei Audits sowie bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
