  - Windows 10/11 und Windows Server (2016+)
  - Active Directory (On-Prem), GPO, Filesysteme, Zertifikatsdienste
  - PowerShell (Automatisierung, nicht nur Copy & Paste)

 
- Solide Linux-Kenntnisse (Debian/Ubuntu, CLI-basiert)
- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (VMware ESXi oder Proxmox)
- Verständnis von Netzwerken (Routing, VLANs, Firewalls)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analysierst Probleme gründlich und handelst nicht "blind"
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Systeme und Entscheidungen

 Du willst Systeme verstehen statt nur verwalten?

**Aufgaben**

 
- Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Absicherung unserer On-Premise-Infrastruktur
- Administration von Windows Server- und Client-Umgebungen (keine reinen Klickstrecken)
- Planung und Umsetzung von Automatisierung (z. B. mit PowerShell)
- Betrieb und Pflege von Active Directory, GPOs, Fileservices und PKI
- Administration von Linux-Servern (Debian-basiert) über CLI
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungsplattform (VMware ESXi / Proxmox)
- Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung komplexer Störungen (kein reines Ticket-Abarbeiten)
- Mitarbeit an Infrastrukturprojekten von der Idee bis zum
