 * Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and Customer 360 concepts.
 * Salesforce certifications are a plus.
 * Databricks certifications are a plus.
 * Design and build scalable data pipelines integrating Salesforce data with Databricks and cloud platforms.
 * Develop adaptive analytics solutions for customer behavior analysis, forecasting, and AI-driven insights.
 * Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and related CRM systems.
 * Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
 * Create customer 360 views and unified business intelligence dashboards.
 * Develop predictive models and intelligent automation workflows using AI/ML technologies.
 * Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs and connectors.
 * Collaborate with business teams, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements.
 * Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization across platforms.
 * Support real-time and batch analytics processing for enterprise-scale datasets.
 * Troubleshoot and optimize analytics workflows and data integration processes.
 * Document technical architecture, workflows, and implementation processes.
