## About the Role

What You Will Bring Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT development environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools.
Fluent English and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
