This is a UX-focused role, working alongside an existing UI design team. You will define user journeys, workflow logic, information architecture and interaction models, then provide clear direction for UI designers and engineers to turn those foundations into coherent, effective product experiences. Direct user research may not always be practical; you will draw intelligently on operational subject-matter experts, product feedback, support themes, analytics and available user evidence.
